Common problems users face with the printers –

1.            LOW INK

The printer might show you a low ink warning sign, which provides you some time to replace the ink. Some printers just refuse to print if the ink level is low.
Regular low ink occurrence can be a problem. But this problem is far for Epson Eco Tank. Instead of cartridges, it is inbuilt with supersized tanks for each colour, which can be filled up easily when the ink is low. With 2 years of ink included, the Eco Tank saves time and money.

2.            Paper jam

There are several Epson printer issues and the most common one is the Paper jam, normally it is caused by paper misalignment; keep in mind to check that the stack of paper is square before and the guides are flush with the paper before you close the tray.
The EcoTank 4750 is designed with a 30-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF) consisting of a paper tray that holds 250 pages. This will help avoid paper jam to some extent.

3. Slow printing

Every user desires speedy printing, however, at times, Epson printer errors will make it slow. Even then, not all printers have good speed. Average print speed of printers is 11-13 PPM (Pages Per Minute), whereas the EcoTank 4750 averages about 15 PPM.
To speed up the printing, it is advised to avoid the two-sided printing. However, Epson’s 4750 has an automatic two-sided printing feature which will still keep a good speed even while double-sided printing.

4. Printer won’t print

There can be a couple of reasons why the printer is not printing. When the printer is not showing any error messages and still not printing, you can check the printer’s USB or Ethernet cable to see if it is connected or not.
If it’s a wireless model, check that the Wi-Fi enabled and if it is connected to the right network. Sometimes, the drivers of the computer can also be corrupted and you will need to reinstall it.  Go to the manufactures website and download the new version.
Epson printer troubleshooting option can also be used to fix the issue. If all else fails, you can restart, begin by restarting your software application. If that doesn’t solve it, reboot the computer. Switch off your printer for a few seconds before turning it back on.
If the printer is still not functioning after trying the above options, you can get in touch Epson tech support and they will surely be able to help you.
